FREQUENTLY ASKED Questions, answered.

A short list of the questions we get most often. If yours isn't here, get in touch and we will walk you through it.

How long does delivery take?

Most launches take 8 to 12 weeks, driven by scope, asset readiness, and approvals. Complex projects can take longer. We define the exact timeline together during kickoff.

What do we need to provide?

Approved plans, data, and brand references. From there, your project manager guides you through a simple onboarding process with clear checklists and deadlines.

Do you train our team?

Yes. Training is included with every launch. We walk your team through the experience so they can operate confidently from day one, and we provide reference materials for ongoing onboarding.

Do you provide hardware?

We recommend the hardware that matches your context. Through our suppliers, we provide it directly, manage installation, and handle ongoing warranty support so everything runs reliably.

Does it scale to large or complex projects?

Yes. Whether it's a single product, a branded environment, or a multi-phase rollout, the platform handles complexity without overwhelming users.

How do you support us after launch?

We offer tiered support packages with clear response times, real-time monitoring, and warranty management. The system stays current with content updates and ongoing scenario expansions.

Immersive Showroom

How is this different from passive media?

Renderings and videos are passive. Our solutions are interactive in real time. Your team can switch units, compare views, change conditions, and answer questions live - moving prospects to decisions faster.

Can it run offline or on multiple devices?

Yes. Most deployments install as local executables that work offline. We also support streaming for desktop and mobile, and the same content can run synchronized across multiple stations.

Interactive Digital Twin

How is this different from passive media?

Renderings and videos are passive. Our solutions are interactive in real time. Your team can switch units, compare views, change conditions, and answer questions live, moving prospects to decisions faster.

Can it run offline or on multiple devices?

Yes. Most deployments install as local executables that work offline. We also support streaming for desktop and mobile, and the same content can run synchronized across multiple stations. When connected, the same system links to your CRM and pricing engine for live availability, reservations, and fully online sales.

How large a project can you deliver?

Anything from a single unit to mega city-scale developments spanning millions of square meters. We tailor the optimizations to each project's size and deliver at every scale, so performance stays smooth whether it's one apartment or an entire district.

How does installation work?

Wherever your project is in the world, our technical team handles setup, on-site at your location and remotely. During installation we apply any optimizations your sales or marketing teams request, then hand over the system fully operational and ready to sell.

Interactive Scale Model

How is this different from a traditional scale model?

A traditional scale model is static. An activated model is interactive: your sales team toggles availability, projects masterplan overlays, lights up individual units, and answers buyer questions live around the centerpiece - turning a viewing piece into a sales tool.

Do you build the physical model too?

No. The physical model is produced by your chosen modelmaker. We deliver the technology layer - touch surfaces, projection, LED systems, sensors, and software - and coordinate with the modelmaker from day one so everything aligns on install day.

How long does delivery take?

Most activations take 8 to 14 weeks, depending on model size, the number of touchpoints, and projection complexity. We sequence the work alongside the modelmaker's fabrication schedule.

What do we need to provide?

Approved masterplan and unit data, the modelmaker's CAD files, and brand references. From there, your project manager guides you through onboarding with clear checklists and deadlines.

Do you train our sales team?

Yes. On-site training is included with every launch. We walk your sales team through unit selection, projection scenes, LED states, and the companion screen so they can operate confidently from day one.

Does it stay updated as units sell?

Yes. The model is linked to your CRM or pricing source. As units are reserved or sold, the LEDs, touch UI, and companion screen all update in real time without manual intervention.

How do you support us after launch?

We offer tiered support packages with clear response times, remote monitoring, and warranty management on every hardware component - projectors, LEDs, touch surfaces, and controllers - so the model keeps running reliably.

Mixed Reality Visualizer

How is mixed reality different from VR or a render?

A render is passive and VR replaces the room entirely. Mixed reality keeps the real space and overlays the finished interior onto it - so buyers feel the actual scale and light of the unit while seeing it fully furnished.

What devices does it run on?

Mixed-reality headsets with passthrough, and tablets or phones held up in the space. We recommend the right device for your context and provide it through our suppliers.

Do we need a finished show unit?

No. The point of mixed reality is to skip the fit-out - buyers experience a fully furnished home inside a bare, unfinished unit, on any floor, with no construction.

Virtual Studio Production

LED volume or green screen - which do we need?

Both have their place. LED volumes give in-camera realism and natural lighting on the talent; green screen is lighter and more flexible. We recommend the right approach for your budget, space, and content.

Is this for broadcast only, or real estate too?

Both. The same real-time pipeline powers TV and media studios and real-estate productions - project reveals, presenter-led tours, launch films, and investor content shot entirely on a virtual set.

Can it go live, or is it for recorded content?

Both. Because compositing happens in real time, the output is broadcast-ready live to air, and the same setup records final shots to file with no lengthy post.

How long does delivery take?

Most builds take 8 to 12 weeks, driven by scope, stage readiness, and approvals. Complex volumes can take longer. We define the exact timeline together during kickoff.

Do you provide the hardware and stage?

Yes. We specify, source, and install the LED or green-screen stage, cameras, tracking, and render hardware through our suppliers, and handle calibration and warranty support.

How do you support us after launch?

We offer tiered support packages with clear response times, real-time monitoring, and warranty management. The system stays current with content updates and new virtual sets over time.
