Context
RAMS Kazakhstan needed to transform the sales presentation of its real estate development in Almaty into an engaging experience that would help buyers confidently explore the project and make informed purchasing decisions before completion.
Approach
We developed an integrated sales center where buyers can explore the project through an interactive digital twin, an interactive scale model, and experience the development within an immersive showroom.
Impact
The experience brings the future development closer to reality, allowing buyers to engage with the project in a more meaningful way while supporting a smoother and more effective sales process.

Interactive Architectural Twin
Our interactive digital twin brings every dimension of RAMS Beyond Almaty together within one real-time 3D platform. Buyers can navigate the development, examine architectural details, compare residences, explore amenities, and experience key views through an intuitive interface available across multiple devices.
With selectable day and night modes, the experience also captures the changing mood of the project, from its daytime landscape and architecture to its evening lighting and atmosphere.

Immersive Showroom Systems
We designed and built an immersive showroom that brings the project to life through a synchronized combination of digital content, physical architecture, and real-time interaction.
At the center of the space is a custom concave screen incorporating a physical 3D model of the development. This creates a continuous visual environment in which the project model becomes part of the screen-based narrative rather than a separate display element.

Responsive Scale Model Integration
The physical model is synchronized with the interactive twin, allowing selected buildings, residences, amenities, and zones to illuminate in real time. An integrated DMX system coordinates the model and showroom lighting, adjusting color, intensity, and timing to guide attention and support each stage of the presentation.
