Behind the technology, beyond the experience
Context
The client required a sales experience for their real estate project that could present the development not only as a collection of residences, but as part of its wider urban setting. The challenge was to help buyers understand the project’s scale, location, and internal organization while also giving them a more personal way to explore and visualize their future homes.
Approach
We created an integrated physical and digital experience combining a city map, an illuminated architectural model, and a dedicated control interface. Buyers can explore the project within its wider urban context, and visualize their selected residence across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Impact
The connected experience makes Büyükyalı easier to understand at both city and residence level. Visitors can see how the development relates to its surroundings, explore specific buildings through the illuminated model, and personalize their future interiors digitally, supporting stronger engagement and more confident purchasing decisions.

Interior Configurator
Powered by a comprehensive digital twin, the Büyükyalı interior configurator allows customers to personalize their selected apartments before purchase. Accessible across desktop and mobile devices, it enables users to explore different materials, furniture, finishes, and interior combinations while instantly visualizing how each choice transforms the space.

Interactive Scale Model
We created a simplified architectural model positioned directly over a large digital screen displaying the surrounding map of Istanbul city and project context. Using a dedicated iPad interface, visitors can illuminate individual buildings and zones while the screen highlights their locations and presents related information, creating a seamless connection between the physical model and the digital environment.
